Privacy Notice

Under art.10 L.675/96 of Italian law we inform of what follows:


1 - the collected personal data will be the object of processing (as defined by art. 1, 2° comma lett. b L.675/96), by means of automated filing in the information systems of CafeTwin.com, for aims connected to the activities of the website CafeTwin.com :

1.1 to help you in using the website and its Services and, in general, to manage the website and its Services;

1.2 to send you communications about how to use the website and the Services to which you have subscribed;

1.3 to send you commercial communications about new projects by CafeTwin.com and, after the analysis of the data on aggregate and never individual basis, to provide advertisement banners on the pages of the website and of its Services.

2 - The following annulment of the consent to the processing as mentioned in the preceding comma (1) will cancel the request of subscription to the website and its Services or the subscription itself.

3 - The communication of personal data is mandatory to be able to subscribe to the website and to its Services. The subscription is free of charge, but it is conditioned by the communication of the data and the acceptance of the general terms of contract. CafeTwin.com reserves the right to cancel the subscription to the website and to discontinue the provision of the Services in case the information provided are not true.

4 - The personal data provided by the user may be exclusively communicated to:

4.1 companies linked to or controlled by our group;

4.2 public or private bodies to fulfill the duties set by the law;

4.3 the personal data provided by the user may be transferred abroad, upon consent and according to the limits set by art.28 L.675/96.

5 - Art.13 of L.675/96 grants the users some rights as far as the processing of personal data is concerned, including:

5.1 the right to know, through access to the register provided for by art.31 L.675/96, or through request to the person in charge of the processing, the existence of processing of data that may relate to the users;

5.2 the right to update, rectify or integrate the data, or to delete, change into anonymous or block it, whenever they are processed in violation of the law;

5.3 the right to object to the processing according to the above mentioned aims, for legitimate motivations only;

5.4 the right to object to the processing of the data for commercial or promotional information aims, to send advertising materials or to perform market surveys.

6 - CafeTwin.com is the owner of the processing of personal data, in the person who, at every time, has the legal representation of the society, except that a responsible person is elected under L.675/96. For any communications users can write an email to CafeTwin@gmail.com .
